Module programming most independents cannot do
This is where we stand apart. A failed control module usually means a main dealer bill, because the new unit has to be programmed to your car. We can do that in house, and we can also reprogram a good used module to your vehicle, which saves a great deal over a new part from the dealer. Everything is properly configured and initialised so the car leaves fully working.

Servicing and the all important timing belt
We service Fords to the interim, full and major schedule, typically 12 months or 12,500 miles for a full service and 24 months or 25,000 for a major, and stamp the book. The one interval never to overlook is the timing belt: the 1.0 EcoBoost uses a belt that runs in oil and must be changed on time, usually around 10 years or 150,000 miles by model, while the TDCi diesels are nearer 8 years or 100,000 miles. Letting it go risks catastrophic engine damage, so we replace the belt, tensioner and water pump together to Ford's specification. PowerShift automatics also benefit from a fluid service every 30,000 to 40,000 miles.
